Supervising the installation of air conditioning systems, plumbing, fire control systems inside buildings and external infrastructure work (such as water networks, sanitation, irrigation, and external fire networks)
- Ensure that all mechanical works - internal and external - conform to the approved plans, specifications, codes and project requirements
Daily coordination with the rest of the specialties (civil, electricity, architectural) for buildings and infrastructure
- Examine and accredit the mechanical materials and equipment supplied to the site (tubes, pumps, tanks, etc.)
- Follow up the implementation of ground services (water, drainage, rain drainage, external fire lines, etc.)
- Preparing reports of daily work and memorizing the site documents for all works (buildings and infrastructure)
Attending field meetings and solving technical and executive problems in all regions of the project
- Coordination with consultants to inspect and adopt businesses includes infrastructure works
Review and update the executive plans of mechanical work and infrastructure work
Ensuring adherence to the standards and requirements of occupational safety, health and the environment in all mechanical works
