First: Daily Operations:
Supervising the progress of work inside the branch and ensuring the team's commitment to procedures and policies
Monitor inventory or criticism levels (according to the nature of the activity)
- Ensure that the branches are ready to open/close the operations according to the procedures
Follow -up of maintenance, hygiene and public safety work
Second: Customer Service:
Solve the complex customer problems or escalation that require administrative intervention
Support the team in providing a professional service to customers
Monitor the level of customer satisfaction and submit the necessary reports
Third: Sales and achieving goals:
Follow up the sales performance indicators for employees
Motivating the team to achieve daily/weekly targets
Suggest ideas to improve sales performance and increase revenues
Fourth: Human Resources and Supervision:
Contributing to training and directing new employees
- Evaluating employee performance continuously and raising notes to the branch manager
Organizing tables and wardens in coordination with the director
- Reporting any behavioral or administrative problems that affect the progress of work
Fifth: Reports and Administrative:
Preparing periodic reports on sales, attendance, performance, or breakdowns
- Reving reports of operational needs or deficiencies
- Contributing to inventory inventory or auditing when needed
