Job description:
- Developing and designing the architectural concepts of the company's real estate projects, and ensuring their implementation in line with the company's vision and strategy for the company, as it works closely with the design teams, consultants, contractors, and government agencies to implement high -quality projects, within the schedule and the approved budget
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Preparing and developing architectural designs for real estate projects (residential, commercial, multi -use)
Providing creative ideas that support the directions of the company's real estate development
Preparing conceptual plans and primary and detailed plans for projects
- Coordination with interior design teams, structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, etc. to ensure the integration of designs
Review and adopt architectural designs presented by consultants and engineering offices
Follow -up with government agencies and municipalities to obtain the necessary approvals and licenses
Participation in the studies of project feasibility in design and architecture
Supervising the implementation in the initial stages of the project to ensure the application of the design vision
Preparing presentations and technical reports to present them to senior management or partners
Follow -up market developments and modern trends in architecture and urban design
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in architecture
Obtaining a certificate of the Saudi Authority for Engineers
At least 10 years experience in the field of real estate development
