The general goal of the job:
- Management, implementation and governance of the ERP resource planning systems (ERP) in the company, including needs analysis, design, configuration, integration with other systems, training, and continuous support to ensure the achievement of the highest operational efficiency
Main responsibilities:
• Study and analyze the company's commercial operations and suggest the best solutions via the ERP system
• ERP project implementation or development project (such as Oracle, SAP, ODOO, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Preparing and documenting technical and job requirements for users
• Supervising the Customization process and ensuring that it matches the needs of work
• Design and development of reports and control panels (Dashboards) according to management requirements
• Ensuring the integration of the system with other internal and external systems
• Providing technical support and training to the final users
• Follow up the system updates and management of maintenance and continuous development
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Administrative Information Systems, or its equivalent
Experience of 3 - 5 years or more in the management and implementation of ERP systems
Knowledge of one of the well -known international systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ODOOOS)
A strong knowledge of the management of databases (SQL) and the preparation of reports
Business analysis and problem solving skills
Leadership and Technical Projects Management (PMP)
