The general goal of the job:
- Driving the full product life cycle, starting with strategic planning, and collecting market requirements and customers, through the design and development stage, to release and performance management, in order to achieve sustainable growth and increase the company's market share
Main responsibilities:
• PRODUCT ROADMAP for products and services
• Conducting market research and analyzing competitors to determine opportunities and expecting challenges
• Collecting and analyzing customer requirements and translating them into implementable specifications
• Work with development teams, design, and quality guarantee to ensure the delivery of products within the required standards
• Preparing the products launch plans in cooperation with marketing and sales teams
• Monitor the performance of the product using performance indicators (KPIS) and recommending the necessary improvements
• The entire product life cycle management, including the expansion or stopping of the product
• Preparing regular reports for senior management on the progress of projects and general performance of products
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Related Specialization (Prefer Master)
Experience of 3 - 5 years in managing technical or digital products
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
A deep understanding of market needs and user experience technologies (UX/UI)
Analytical capabilities and decision -making based on data
Communication skills and leadership of multidisciplinary teams
