Tasks and responsibilities:
Preparing and implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
Supervising the sales team, directing and motivating them to achieve the required performance
- Analyze market data and competitors to determine sales opportunities and improve offers
- Communicate with the main customers and build long -term relationships with them
Preparing periodic reports for senior management on sales performance, challenges and opportunities
- Participate in exhibitions and real estate events to represent the company and increase the network of relationships
Monitor the commitment to pricing policies and conditions of sale
- Training and developing the sales team and evaluating their performance periodically
Requirements:
Experience in the field of real estate development
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Related Field
At least 5 years experience in the field of real estate sales
