Tasks and responsibilities:
- Receiving visitors, welcoming them in a professional way, and directing them to the appropriate authority
- Responding to phone calls and converting them to the relevant departments or recording messages
Coordination of meetings dates and schedule dates when needed
Receive the inserted and released mail and organize it
- Managing the entry and exit system and registration of visitors' data
- Responding to general inquiries from visitors and customers
Providing administrative support to employees (print, photography, archiving ...)
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Follow -up to the availability of office supplies and waiting area
- Always: 8 hours a day
- One day vacation per week
Changing lips are scheduled in a way that meets the daily need for all employees
Requirements:
A minimum high school diploma (preferably a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field)
Good English
Previous experience in a reception function or customer service (preferred)
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs
The ability to organize and work under pressure
Tact and flexibility in dealing with various characters
Excellent communication skills orally and in writing
