- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel including front office, housekeeping, F&B services, maintenance, security, and guest services
- Lead and supervise a predominantly female team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining brand standards and cultural sensitivity.- Drive revenue and profitability through strong sales, pricing, and occupancy strategies tailored to the female-only environment
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring service excellence and prompt resolution of complaints or requests
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, university, and government regulations
- Develop and implement operating budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with university administration, tenants, operators, vendors, and stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report to ownership and board.
