Job description:
- Supervising the planning, implementation and follow -up of projects and ensuring their completion within the time frame and the specified budget, while adhering to the quality standards and the strategic goals of the facility
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparing project plans in coordination with the concerned authorities, and setting the scope of work, goals and outputs
Management of the schedule, budget, human and material resources for each project
- Coordination with the internal teams, suppliers and relationship with the implementation of projects effectively
- Monitoring project progress using project management tools, and submitting regular management reports
- Determining the potential risks of projects and developing the necessary mitigation plans
- Ensure that commitment to the quality of implementation according to the specified criteria
Project meetings, documentation of meetings and tasks distribution
- Evaluating the performance of the participating teams and providing the necessary guidance to ensure the achievement of the results
Requirements:
University Bachelor's degree
Certificate in Project Management such as PMP or Prince2 (Additional feature)
It is preferable for those who have the experience of project management field
Fluency to use project management programs such as MS Project, Primavera, or others
