- To ensure the efficient and timely transportation of labor/workforce between accommodations and project sites, and to manage the company’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring their maintenance, scheduling, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate daily pick-up and drop-off schedules for workers between camps and project sites.
- Monitor transport routes to optimize travel time and fuel usage.
- Maintain communication with site coordinators and drivers for real-time updates or changes.
- Resolve any transportation issues such as delays, absences, or vehicle unavailability.
