Tasks and responsibilities:
Applications and shipments management:
- Follow up requests from the moment of receipt to delivery
Ensure that service providers are committed to the delivery schedule
Coordination of transportation operations with delivery companies
Communicate with customers and service providers:
- Receiving customer inquiries and following their complaints
Work as a link between users and service providers
Solve logistical problems in the event of delay or defect
Data entry and system update:
Record the details of shipments and developments in the system
- Update the case of requests continuously on the application
Improving operational efficiency:
- Solutions to improve delivery speed and reduce costs
Follow up logistical performance indicators and reports analysis
Logistical technical support:
- Helping drivers or service providers in using the application
Training new partners on logistical policies and procedures
Commitment to regulations:
Ensuring commitment to government regulations for transportation and shipping
Preparing the required documents for logistical operations, if any
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in supply chains management, business administration, or a related field
Previous experience in the field of logistical services or delivery applications
Microsomus tracking systems and Microsoft Office programs
Required languages: Arabic - English - Urdu
The ability to work within a team and under pressure
Excellent communication skills and problem solving quickly
