- Maintenance activities, and coordination of repair operations, while reducing the duration of work
- Directing renewal work and other initiatives that aim to increase the value of the assets
- Supervising daily activities related to real estate, coordination of rental, management and maintenance work, communication with clients, maintenance staff and team members
- Review the offers made by contractors and suppliers, monitor performance and ensure commitment
- Conducting regular checks on real estate, identifying problems and taking corrective actions
Requirements:
Experience from 4 - 6 years as a real estate supervisor
