- Receiving foodstuffs and ensuring that they match the required specifications and quantities
Arrange and store materials correctly according to safety standards and food quality
- Follow up the validity dates and apply the incoming system first dispensed first (FIFO)
- Paying foodstuffs based on the requests of the relevant departments and registration of operations on the system
- Periodic inventory of inventory and reports to the administration
Monitor temperatures and humidity in the warehouse and ensure the validity of storage equipment
Requirements:
At least two years experience in managing food warehouses or a similar field
