- A sales manager is required to work for a company specialized in supplying, installing, operating, maintaining and providing spare parts for waste management equipment
Responsibility and tasks:
- Designing the annual plans for the sales department by relying on the study of market requirements, and following up customer requests in order to work to provide them
- Defining the strategic goals of sales by setting a set of expectations about the volume of sales that will be achieved, compared to the amount of profits that include the collected revenues, and also depends on the study and analysis of the previous sales of the company
- Contributing to maintaining the sale price by relying on ensuring a permanent balance between supply and request; Whenever the percentage of demand for sales is high, this contributed to increasing the offers offered by the company
- Determining and controlling sales prices, by following the competition with other companies that offer similar types of sales offered by the company in the commercial market
- Follow -up on the work of the sales department employees, and to ensure that they do it according to the plans and tasks in them, and this guarantees the continuity in achieving success.
- Providing advice and advice to employees, merchants, and customers who deal with the company, whether directly or if they request any advice related to sales, such as clarifying the nature of a new product that will be announced soon
- Maintaining the strengthening of collective efforts in the sales department by supporting the role of cooperation between all employees in order to achieve the special goals in the work
- Contracting courses and training workshops for the sales department employees, especially the new ones; So that they can understand the nature of the private work in the department, and this helps them to develop their skills and their experiences in sales work
