Tasks and responsibilities:
Providing ERP offers and systems to potential customers in a professional way that explains the benefits
- Building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and exploring opportunities to expand with them
- Follow the market and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare price offers, negotiate contracts, and closing deals
Coordination with marketing and technical support teams to ensure an integrated experience for customers
Providing periodic reports on performance and sales expectations for management
Requirements:
Previous experience in technical systems sales or ERP
Good knowledge of ERP systems and their functions
Etamam using CRM systems and sales follow -up techniques
High skills in negotiation, communication and building relationships
The ability to understand customer needs and turn them into technical solutions
The ability to work within a team and achieve specific goals
