- A human resources manager is required to work for a leading company in the field of restaurants in Riyadh
Responsibility and tasks:
• Implementing and following up policies and procedures for human resources
• Supervising employment and selection, including sorting CVs and interviewing interviews
• Preparing and maintaining official employees and files
• Follow -up attendance, departure, leave and monthly reports
• Support employees and respond to their human resources inquiries
• Contributing to training and development programs and improving the work environment
• Ensuring commitment to the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Labor
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years experience in human resources, of which 2 years are in a leadership position
