- A human resource specialist is required to work for a restaurant company in Riyadh
Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning: Evaluating and planning employment needs based on the company's goals and the available budget
Management of the recruitment process
- Preparing salaries
Follow -up attendance and departure
Performance management: Performance standards, follow -up and evaluate employee performance, provide feedback and recommendations to improve performance and increase productivity
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
Bachelor of human resources
At least 3 years experience in the field of human resources
Experience in obtaining recruitment support (the goal of a localization of resettlement)
Experience in raising the balance of polarization of facilities and raising the range
Full knowledge of the Saudi work system and work on government platforms
