Tasks and responsibilities:
- Receiving the work lists from the design director and sets their priorities
- Collecting the necessary information and data for new projects and analyzing them to prepare appropriate architectural programs
- Design projects and develop ideas to choose the most appropriate for the customer's requirements
- Discussing designs with the customer and coordination with the design manager to make decisions
Coordination with other relevant sections such as construction, infrastructure, air conditioning, cooling, and others
- Preparing designs and showing them in an appropriate way to present them to customers and contribute to marketing tasks
- Reviewing the initial designs of projects and evaluating them and submitting observations to the design director
- Setting an initial time plan to implement the design and approve it from the technical administration
Preparing distinctive designs that ensure the quality and reasonable cost
- Conducting initial designs for new projects and presenting them to the relevant departments
Coordination with Electricity and Mechanical Engineers to ensure their compatibility with architectural designs
- Collecting civil, electrical and mechanical designs and comparing them with architectural designs and recording notes
Participate in checking the changes of changes for designs and their impact on the plans and lists of materials
- Responding to the inquiries of website engineers and implementation management regarding any design issues
Attending external meetings with consultants or clients, as directed
Supervising the implementation of the work procedures approved in the design department
