Job description:
- Saudi vendors are required to work in Al -Ahsa, Tarout and Jubail

Job tasks:
- Receiving customers: receiving customers in a professional and friendly manner, and providing them with assistance in determining their needs
- Coordination within the workshop: organizing the work process inside the workshop and ensuring the conduct of operations efficiently, including coordination between the different departments
Production and description of products: Determine the prices of products according to the approved policies, in addition to providing an accurate description of the products to customers
Data entering the system: Entering the details of products and sales in the automated system accurately to ensure that all operations are recorded correctly
Product Marketing and Services: Contributing to the Promotion of Products provided, and the implementation of marketing strategies within the exhibition
- Keep the place suitable for receiving customers: Ensure that the exhibition or workshop is clean and constantly arranged to provide a comfortable environment for customers
- Completion of sales and budgets: performing the operations effectively, including collecting payments and providing receipts to customers
Handing over tasks to colleagues: Cooperation with colleagues in various departments, and ensuring the delivery of tasks in a salad manner
- Coordination between the relevant departments: effective communication with the relevant departments to ensure the availability of products and services to meet the needs of customers
- Follow -up requests: Follow up to receive and distribute requests and ensure that they are delivered on time
Stock monitor
- Responding to special requests: Dealing with any special requests from customers and providing appropriate solutions to them
Requirements:
  • A minimum high school diploma
  • It is preferable to have previous experience in the field of sales or in similar environments to work inside the exhibitions
  • English language proficiency at an average level
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and communicate information in a clear and friendly way
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Prepare to work at flexible times that include morning and evening shifts, according to the exhibition needs
  • Good behavior with customers and colleagues
  • Saudi nationality
