- Supervising the work of the Support Department, which includes (Human Resources Department, Department of Administrative Affairs, Department of Procurement, Information Technology Department), task distribution, priority defining, and the necessary guidance and training
- Preparing the operational plan and the estimated budget for the Support Department in all its sections and follow -up to its implementation to ensure the optimal use of the company's resources
- Follow -up to the application of the approved policies, procedures and regulations and submit suggestions regarding their development to raise the efficiency of the workflow
- Follow up the implementation of initiatives and work plans for departments to ensure the achievement of the operational goals of each of them and with high quality
- Performance evaluation and the development of KPIS performance indicators for its subordinates, participation in managing the process of preparing performance indicators, evaluation mechanism with managers, and support management for all employees in the company
Participate in the recruitment process with the relevant departments and support management
- Manage the training and development process for the human resource in the company, including assessing the training needs of employees, choosing appropriate training for them, and following up the implementation of training programs
Preparing and submitting periodic reports, studying and analyzing the causes of deviations
Participate in the development and strategic plans for human resources management
Contribute to improving the work environment
Management, research and treatment of workers' complaints
- Following up and developing the systems with the department of information and reforming technical problems to ensure the continuation of the service for employees and the failure of the work to be disrupted
- Building external relations with government agencies to facilitate the company's external business and following up on all new regulations and developments to ensure the optimal compliance with the regime
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
Bachelor's degree in human resource business management or equivalent
At least 6 to 10 years of experience in the fields of human resources, government relations and in a similar field
English language speaking and writing
Computer skills and Microsoft Office
