Tasks and responsibilities:
Implementation of employment and polarization operations, starting with the advertisement of jobs, CV review, coordination of interviews, and preparing job offers
- Employee Affairs Department, including data update, leave follow -up, end of services, transfer of guarantees, and final exit
- Preparing salary marches in coordination with the Finance Department, ensuring their accuracy and calculating allowances and discounts
- Follow up on social insurance, medical insurance and relevant platform
- Archive employee files, save official documents and documents, paper and electronic, and update them periodically
- Follow -up to training and development by contributing to organizing training programs, and documenting the attendance and results of employees
Participate in the management of employee relationships, by receiving simple complaints, providing administrative support, and contributing to solving problems
Preparing periodic reports such as attendance and absence reports, resignations, ending contracts, and others, and submit them to management
Commitment to apply human resources and approved regulations, and follow up on relevant updates
Supporting annual performance evaluation activities and coordination between management and employees
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the administration
