Coordination of technical contracts and their purchases
- Carrying out operations to identify the needs of users in various regulatory units in the entity, to review them, submit proposals concerned with developing and setting technical specifications for the necessary systems and applications, and doing their work
- Preparing work programs and plans related to information technology work, design and development processes and applications, and do user support activities with the aim of providing the necessary technical solutions when facing any difficulties or problems
- Follow up the latest developments and developments related to the affairs and operations of information technology and guidance by adopting the appropriate ones, and determining and ensuring the availability of all the resources and materials necessary to implement specialized business and activities in the latest methods and relevant practices
- Carrying out the development processes and applying the necessary criteria to ensure information systems security in a way that makes sure of the identity and powers of users, and to deal with the risks and threats expected before their occurrence, confidential monitoring and transfer of data via the network and ensure the availability of services and not interruption
- Doing all daily operations for information technology work and ensuring that there are effective methodologies to search for programs and applications that meet the ultimate user needs in the entity and ensure their security and suitability for various requirements, specifications and current technologies
- Supporting the implementation and development of the ISO 30401 knowledge management system by providing the technical environment needed to document, store and share institutional knowledge, ensure the integration of systems and applications used in knowledge management, and achieve the security and safety of electronic knowledge content
Requirements:
1 - 5 years experience
Bachelor's degree and higher in (Information Technology - Information Technology Management - Information and Technology Systems - Computer and Information Technology - Computer Science - Information Systems)
