A human resource official is required to work full time in Jeddah
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Schedule annual employees ’licenses, follow up their implementation, follow up on all employees’ belongings related to annual leave and other leave
• Follow -up of all employees ’belongings in the platform (strong), (dat), (extended), (social insurance)
• Follow -up to all the company's belongings on the platform (Ministry of Transport), (Ministry of Commerce), (Chamber of Commerce), (Baladi), (Salama)
• Organizing the company's files and memorizing documents and administrative records
• Organizing official and external correspondence
• Contributing to the development of administrative work procedures and improving operational efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or any related specialty
It is preferable for those who have professional certificates in human resources such as CIPD, Shrm, PHR
It is preferable to have an experience from 1 to 3 years in the field of employee or human resources affairs
Good knowledge of the work systems and labor regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Human Resources Management Programs (such as Oracle HR, SAP HR, or Zoho People)
Reports and data analysis skills
The ability to deal with employee records, salaries and leave
Knowing the basics of accounting, salaries and social insurance
Microsoft Office's proficiency (especially Excel and Word)
