- Responding to visitors' inquiries and directing them in an appropriate way
Dates format:
Organizing dates and reservations for the guests and confirming them
- Communication with the various sections to ensure the provision of the required services
Providing hospitality services:
Provide drinks and snacks for guests when needed
Ensure the comfort of the guests and meet their needs
Complaints Management:
Dealing with complaints or problems that the guests may face in a professional way
Providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Cooperation with other teams:
- Coordination with the staff in various departments to ensure an integrated service is provided
Participate in meetings and submit suggestions to improve the service
