Job tasks:
• Providing legal consultations and guidance regarding local and international laws and laws
• Representing the company before judicial authorities, courts, and government committees
• Preparing and reviewing legal contracts, defense and prosecution notes
• Follow up on all legal procedures related to the company and ensure complete compliance with the regulations
• Managing arbitration cases and settling disputes in friendly or judicial ways
• Providing periodic legal reports for senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in law, law, or rights regulations
At least 3 years experience in the field of law
License to practice the legal profession in Saudi Arabia
Good knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations
Strong communication skills, the ability to negotiate and manage conflict
Mastering the Arabic language; It is preferable to master the English language
Saudi nationality
