Job description:
- Helping in carrying out administrative and daily tasks, organizing office business and logistical support
Basic tasks:
- Work as a point of contact for internal and external clients
Providing and preparing reports, organizing and scheduling appointments
Planning meetings and lectures registration
Non -basic tasks:
- Receive and ask the parcels, the mail and sort the mail
Requirements:
Experience is not required
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
