Tasks and responsibilities:
Setting and implementing a comprehensive human resources strategy that supports the company's growth and sustainability
Administration of employment programs, training, and performance development
Building a positive institutional culture that enhances loyalty and productivity
Preparing and analyzing human resources and performance indicators (KPIS)
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
A university degree in business management, human resources, or equivalent
At least 5 years experience in human resources
Previous experience as a human resource manager in security guard companies (a prerequisite condition)
Knowledge of salary management systems and talent programs
Strong leadership skills, contact with decisions
