Job tasks:
- Receiving customer calls and inquiries through the unified system
Register the customer's data and requests in the company's system accurately
- Coordination with the company's engineers to determine the dates for lifting sizes
- Following up the customer after the visit, informing him of the cost, and offering the price
Coordination of design requests with the work team until they are delivered to the customer
- Follow up the status of the request from the beginning until the customer receives the full service
- Ensuring the customer's consent and deal professionally at all stages
Requirements:
Speech safety and letters exits
Electronic Systems Learning speed (Cole Center)
Commitment to the specified work dates
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with customers
