Supervising the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems (air conditioning systems, water networks, sanitation, pumps, fire systems)
Preparing preventive maintenance schedules and ensuring their implementation regularly
- Follow the performance of contractors and maintenance teams and to ensure that the works are conforming to the approved standards
- Repeated faults analysis and develop permanent solutions to them
Preparing periodic technical reports on the state of systems and equipment
Coordination with other departments to ensure the continuity of work efficiently
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
Practical experience of at least 5 years in operating and maintenance projects
Mide use of AutoCAD and MS Offs programs
