Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Flex machines operate:
Prepare and control the printing machine according to the required specifications
- Cylinders installation (selenver) and Anilux and the appropriate printing for each product
Download raw materials (plastic or paper rolls) in the machine
2. Adjustment of the quality of printing:
- Ensure that colors and inscriptions match with the approved printing form
- Monitoring the quality of printing during operation and adjusting the settings when needed
Examining samples periodically and reporting any quality deviation
3. Maintenance and cleaning:
Conducting preventive and periodic maintenance of equipment
- Clean the sensitive parts of the machine, such as cylinders and Anilux, to avoid print damage
Immediate reporting of any malfunctions of the maintenance engineer or technical official
4. Material Management:
Register the amount of raw materials consumed in each production order
- Maintaining waste and fatigue during printing
