- A certified Acls course trainer is required by the Saudi Heart Association (SHA)
The general goal of the job:
- Training health cadres on the skills and concepts of advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) according to the standards approved by the Saudi Heart Association, with the aim of raising the efficiency of health care providers in dealing with critical emergency cases
Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Planning and implementing the courses:
- Preparing and implementing the ACLS courses approved according to the standards updated by the Saudi Heart Association and (AHA)
2. Training the participants:
Providing theoretical lectures and practical workshops
Training participants in advanced cardiac resuscitation skills, including dealing with systems disorders, shocks, heart attacks, and advanced airway types
Evaluating participants during practical activities and performance correction
3. Evaluation and tests:
Supervising the pre -session tests, and after and after
Monitor grades and provide feedback to the participants
Lifting the evaluation reports of the accredited center
4. Quality Assurance:
Commitment to the instructions of the Saudi Heart Association and quality standards for the courses
- Update knowledge and skills periodically, and attend mandatory trainers updates
5. Documentation and lifting:
Documenting the attendance of the participants and their tests
- Send the required records and reports to the Saudi Heart Training Center
- Ensure that certificates are issued for the passengers
6. Cooperation and Coordination:
Coordination with medical and administrative cadres to facilitate the training process
- Work within the coaches team and distribute roles according to the requirements of the course
7. Commitment to ethical and professional standards:
- Representing the Saudi Heart Association professionally
- Maintaining the confidentiality of information and providing a safe and stimulating training environment
Requirements:
ACLS coach is valid from the Saudi Heart Association (SHA)
