• Daily supervision of all the activities of the exhibition, ensuring its organization, cleanliness and readiness to receive customers
• Leading and training the sales team to provide a luxurious purchase experience for customers
• Achieving monthly and annual sales goals according to the approved plans
• Supervising the watches of the watches in an attractive manner that takes into account the brand's identity
• Maintaining a high level of employees' knowledge of brands, models, and technical specifications for each hour
• Coordination with the maintenance department and after -sales service when needed
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports using Excel programs and submitting them to management
• Using Excel for sales performance analysis and identifying gaps and opportunities
• Managing inventory operations, inventory, and organizing requests in coordination with the warehouse or suppliers
• Dealing with customer complaints in a sophisticated and professional way
• Maintaining the safety of products, especially with regard to luxurious or high -value hours
Requirements:
Bachelor of Marketing, Business Management, or Secondary School
5 years experience and more in the field of exhibition management, preferably in the field of watches
Mastering the lace program and its use in preparing and analyzing sales reports
