Tasks and responsibilities:
Training programs coordination:
Preparing the annual training plan in coordination with the relevant departments
- Communicate with training authorities and trainers to organize courses
Determine the appropriate dates and sites for training programs
Preparation of training materials:
Equip the participants' files and the necessary forms
Printing and distributing training certificates and reports
- Contributing to preparing training bags in cooperation with the trainers
Communication and coordination:
Coordination with the trainees and coaches before, during and after training
- Sending invitations, confirming attendance, and updating the lists of participants
- Responding to training inquiries
Monitoring training needs:
- Collecting and analyzing the questionnaires of performance evaluation and employee needs
- Raise recommendations to develop programs based on the evaluation results
Follow -up and evaluation:
Preparing reports to evaluate training programs and the extent of their goals
- Follow -up to the attendance of the trainees and documenting the training hours
- Analyze notes and continuous improvement of programs
Administrative and organizational work:
- Save and archive training files and records electronically and paper
Financial coordination of training costs (when needed)
- Follow up on credits and licenses for training programs
Requirements:
Computer use and Microsoft Office programs
English at a medium and higher level
The ability to prepare clear and organized reports
Excellent organizing and planning skills
High communication skills
Time management and work pressure
English language proficiency
Language requirements:
English-good
