Implementing daily human resources operations such as employee registration, contracting and completing services
Follow -up records of attendance, departure and leave
- Coordination with the salary section to ensure the accuracy of the monthly data
- Managing employee files and ensuring their compatibility with the internal regulations and the Saudi labor system
Support employees in inquiries related to human resources and internal policies
- Contributing to improving human resource procedures and modernization of policies when needed
- Coordination with government agencies via platforms (forces, extended, insurance, resident platform)
