Job description:
• Preparing and reviewing the internal governance regulations and operational policies
• Knowledge of the three criteria for evaluating the governance approved by the National Center for the Development of the Non -Performing Sector:
- The criterion of compliance and transparency
Financial safety standard
Continuous development standard
• Providing legal and operational consultations to ensure compliance with associations with supportive and supervisory bodies
Requirements:
Legal or regulatory experience of no less than two years, preferably in associations
Full knowledge of the three criteria for governance issued by the National Center
The ability to work remotely, accurately preparing documents
High communication skill with associations and evaluation bodies
