Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Direct supervision of sales representatives, directing and motivating them to achieve their sales goals.
2. Prepare monthly and annual sales plans in cooperation with the administration.
3. Continuous follow -up to the team's performance and submitting periodic reports of the administration.
4. Monitor the market, analyze competitors and suggest effective marketing strategies.
5. Providing technical support to delegates in negotiation and closure.
6. Review and update customer data and verify their accuracy.
7. Follow customer satisfaction after sale and solve any emergency problems.
8. Participate in exhibitions and real estate events to represent the company and promote its projects.
9. Training and qualifying the sales team to ensure their professional and practical development.
10. Coordination with the rest of the departments (such as finance, marketing, and customer service) to ensure the smoothness of sales operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related major
Experience in real estate services and experience of not less than 3 years to 5 years in companies sales (B2B)
Good knowledge of modern sales styles and techniques
Proficiency in using computers and CRM Customer Management Programs
The ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
High skills in communication, negotiation and persuasion
