Job description:
- Managing and organizing warehouses and stores within the company. Its role is to ensure the functioning of logistics operations smoothly by receiving, storing and distributing materials and goods with efficiency and accuracy, while maintaining clear records and updated stock quantities.
Tasks:
Receipt and store materials:
• Receive the materials and examine them to ensure that they match the required specifications and quantities.
Store materials in an organized and safe way,
• Determine the appropriate storage places, with the maximum benefit from the available space.
Stock Management:
• Monitor the levels of stocks regularly, and ensure that there is no unjustified deficiency or increase.
• Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, focusing on priority goods.
Material distribution:
• Preparing applications and delivering them to the concerned authorities, taking into account the specific procedures and conditions.
• Managing the movement of materials within the warehouse, to ensure the workflow and efficiently.
• Record the materials that are delivered, while keeping accurate records.
• Delivery of materials according to an exchange bond according to the approved form.
Safety standards application:
• Ensure that safety procedures are applied in the warehouse, to protect materials and workers.
• Providing the necessary equipment to ensure work safety.
Training workers in safety procedures.
Reports preparation:
• Preparing periodic reports on the warehouse activity, focusing on the main indicators of performance.
• Prepare reports on inventory processes, with a comparison between the actual stock and registered stock.
Requirements:
Fluency in the use of inventory management programs: Dealing with digital systems to record and track inventory efficiently
Obtaining a study certificate in the field of inventory management or logistics
