- A human resource specialist is required to work for the Al -Rehaili Auto Rental Company in Tabuk
Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Managing employment and appointment from the advertisement until the work.
2. Implementing the procedures for joining new employees and ensuring that the regular requirements are met.
3. Update and manage employee database and their records efficiently.
4. Preparing and renewing work contracts and following up the end of the experience and renewal periods.
5. Managing the final exit operations, transfer of sponsorship, leave, absence and warnings.
6. Prepare salary marches and ensure that they are compatible with the platform.
7. Follow up on the registration of employees in social insurance and accurately calculating monthly wages.
8. Manage all governmental procedures for employees through platforms:
- Forces: Registration of Contracts, Licensing Department, Certificates Issuance.
Resident: Issuing and renewing residency, exit and return.
Puritors: Preparing salaries and analyzing monthly obligations.
Social Insurance: Registration and update of employee data and end services.
9. Supporting performance evaluation and professional development processes.
10. Prepare monthly and periodic reports on human resources and submit them to the administration.
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or Related Specialization
At least 4 to 10 years of experience in the field of human resources
Sufficient experience in development and training programs
The proficiency of dealing with government platforms related to the job (goal, power, social insurance, resident, extended ....)
Knowing the Saudi work system and its executive regulations
Microsoft Office's proficiency and Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Word
