Preparing job offers and coordinating employment procedures
Training and development
- Determining training needs in coordination with the departments
Organizing training programs and following up their implementation
Evaluating the results of training and analyzing its effect on performance
Performance management
- Helping to implement the annual or periodic performance evaluation system
- Follow up the results of the assessments and propose procedures for improving performance
Dealing with problems related to performance and discipline
Labor relations and discipline
Applying the list of disciplinary penalties and penalties when needed
- Solving conflicts and complaints between employees or the employee and the administration
Preserving a healthy and professional work environment
Supervising salaries and benefits
- Review salary statements and monitor working hours and holidays
Follow up employee dues of allowances, rewards, or discounts
- Coordination with the Finance Department to ensure the payment of salaries accurately and on time
Reports and follow -up
Preparing periodic reports on the movement of employment, working hours, and leave
Providing reports for senior management on human resources issues
Compliance with laws and regulations
Ensuring the company's commitment to local labor laws
Coordination with government agencies (such as the Ministry of Labor, Social Insurance, etc.)
Requirements:
Bachelor of Human Resources - Business Administration
