Work in Makkah Al -Mukarramah
The goal of the job:
Leading daily operations and overseeing public performance, and ensuring the achievement of the operational, financial and expansionary goals of the company
Tasks and responsibilities:
Full supervision of operational and administrative operations
- Setting operational plans and developing internal procedures
Management, motivating them, and improving their productivity
- Monitoring costs and achieving operational efficiency
Building strategic relations with the main hotels and customers
Suggest and apply solutions to improve service quality and increase customer satisfaction
- Follow up performance indicators and make corrective decisions when needed
Coordination with the different sections (logistics, maintenance, human resources ... etc.)
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in managing an operating facility (preferably in the washing or hospitality sector)
High ability to organize, follow -up, and make a decision
Distinguished leadership and motivational skills
Good knowledge of management programs and operating systems
Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships
