Job description:
- He takes responsibility for overseeing the planning and implementation of construction projects, ensuring the progress of work according to the schedule, the specified budget, and the required engineering standards. And coordination between the different teams
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Supervising all stages of the implementation of the project from planning to delivery
• Preparing and following up time schedules and work plans and ensuring adherence to them
• Coordination between engineering teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure the workflow
• Budget management and costs, and submit periodic financial reports on the progress of the project
• Review the plans and designs, and to ensure that they match the specifications and engineering standards
• Ensuring compliance with the standards of quality, safety and occupational health
• Evaluating potential risks and developing plans to avoid or reduce their impact
• Supervising the project inspections and examinations for the project
• Preparing technical and administrative reports and submitting them to the senior management
• Solve the technical and administrative problems that may face the project
