Job description:
- General supervision of the activities of managing, planning and organizing business related to labor affairs in line with operational plans and approved executive programs and following up all administrative operations related to them, and ensuring the availability of all technical and human resources that guarantee the progress of daily operations with the greatest efficiency and effectiveness possible
Main duties and tasks:
- Supervising the preparation of operational plans to manage work affairs, organize work and distribute them to various work teams, and to follow up on the implementation of operational plans and their application in line with the directions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, and to ensure that there are frameworks and accurate standards to know the level of achieving these plans and goals
- General supervision of the work and performance of employees with regard to the operations of investigation, supervision and labor inspection, and directing them to the optimal application of the systems, regulations and rules of work affairs, distribution of work between them, and evaluating their level of performance
- Supervising the preparation of research and studies related to labor affairs in the private sector and participating in the implementation of projects and initiatives aimed at raising the rate of Saudization and women's employment programs and people with special needs and others
- Providing appropriate recommendations for the direct president regarding the office's needs of financial and human resources and administrative supplies necessary to implement all works and activities with high efficiency and effectiveness. Preparing and reviewing reports on labor affairs and presenting them to the public administration, and surrounding them with various developments and providing solutions or recommendations for various important issues and future initiatives and challenges
Requirements:
Organizational and administrative skills
High leadership skills and ability to manage work teams
Mide of the use of Human Resources Management Programs (HRIS) and salary systems
Advanced knowledge of labor laws and regulatory regulations
Excellent communication skills oral and written
The ability to plan and implement effective training and development programs
Experience in dealing with governmental platforms related to human resources such as (power platform, social insurance, etc.)
