Job description:
- Providing excellent customer service, enhancing sales of mobile products, accessories, and equipment protection, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals in the store or company
Tasks and responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide appropriate assistance based on their needs
- View and explain the specifications and features of mobile phones, accessories and protections available
- Provide advice for customers on choosing the appropriate product
Follow -up inventory and ensure the availability of basic products
Work to achieve and stimulate the specific sales goals
Dealing with customer complaints and solving problems quickly and effectively
Arrange and organize the display of products in an attractive way
- Follow up the latest technologies and new products in the mobile market, accessories and protection of devices
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales (preferred in mobile phones and accessories)
Good communication skills and the ability to deal with customers professionally
The ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals
Good knowledge of mobile products, accessories and protections
Good organizational skills and attention to details
Knowledge using computers and points of sale
The ability to learn quick and continuous follow -up of the market
Tact and professionalism in dealing with customers
