Implementation of employment operations (publishing ads, sorting, conducting interviews, recommending appointment)
Preparing and updating employee files and records
Follow -up to attendance, departure and vacations and update them in the system
- Preparing the monthly salary statements accurately, including suits, discounts and deductions
Ensure that salaries are transferred in time and compliance with internal policies and labor laws
Coordination with medical insurance service providers to register new employees, renewal, and treat claims
- Responding to employee inquiries related to health insurance and benefits
- Follow up the evaluation of annual and periodic performance and documenting its results
Participate in designing and implementing training programs
Management of employee relations and participation in addressing complaints and violations
Preparing periodic reports related to human resources (salaries, absences, employee rotation rate ...)
- Helping to update and implement policies and procedures for human resources
Ensuring compliance with the work systems and regulations approved by the official authorities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or a diploma in business administration, human resources, or any related major
Practical experience of at least 2 - 3 years in human resources management and salaries
High skills in using Excel programs
Advanced knowledge of salaries, social insurance and medical insurance
