Preparing and reviewing legal documents, and providing legal advice regarding them
Providing legal recommendations and advice on the use of appropriate communications and discussions methods, to avoid legal issues and disputes
Providing a legal opinion regarding conflicts and lawsuits, especially the complex ones related to the work and tasks of the authority
- Conducting legal reports, and ensuring that they are accurate and timely reports
- Providing support in the regular procedures that the commission may take in matters and topics that affect the interests or position of the commission, and to provide recommendations regarding them
- Coordination with external legal advisors when needed, and supervise the quality of their outputs to ensure the authority gets the best quality for the cost
- Preparing or participating in expressing opinion and advice in the topics and issues that are referred to it
