Responsibilities:
Supervising the daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Coordination with various departments to simplify operations
Monitor and management of operational budgets
Implementing and preserving policies and procedures
Leading and guiding the operations team
Requirements:
Family familiarity with the operating work of the equipment in the factory
Experience installed as a supervisor or a similar role
It is preferable to obtain a certificate in engineering or a related field
The ability to work under pressure and adhere to the final dates
Excellent ability to communicate and solve problems
