• Providing support and information to customers regarding rents, maintenance, and collection.
• Coordination with maintenance and management teams to meet the needs of tenants and owners.
• Follow up requests and complaints and ensure their solution quickly and effectively.
• Customer and real estate database constantly update.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or property management
High communication skills and the ability to deal with various characters
