- Preparing coffee: Use different coffee machines to prepare all kinds of coffee (espresso, lato, cappuccino, etc.)
Knowledge of coffee types: identifying the types of coffee beans, roasting methods, and how each of them affects flavor
- Communicate with customers: Providing advice and assistance to customers in choosing drinks, and listening to their preferences
Decorating: Put aesthetic touch to drinks using latte art or decorating cups
Maintenance and hygiene: Keep the coffee equipment clean, and make sure it works efficiently
Stock Management: Monitor and record inventory from coffee and other components, and to ensure their availability
Interacting with the team: Work as part of a team, which requires communication and coordination with colleagues
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in both languages (local and English or more)
The ability to work under pressure: Working in an environment may be crowded and requires speed in performance
