Tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparing and analyzing the monthly and annual financial reports to ensure the accuracy of the financial statements.
Developing and implementing short and long -term financial strategies to support the company's growth.
Monitor cash flow and financial resource management to ensure the stability of the company.
Leadership of accounting and finance teams, and provide them with the necessary guidance.
Providing financial reports to senior management and shareholders.
Commitment to local and international financial laws and regulations.
Develop plans to deal with financial risks and determine investment opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting or related specialty (preferably a professional certificate like CPA or CFA)
At least 5 years experience in the financial field, with experience in financial management
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, financial planning, and budgets preparation
Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate teams
Mide of the use of ERP programs and advanced accounting systems
