- An executive secretary is required to work full time in Jeddah
Responsibilities:
- Administration and Organization for Tables, meetings, and dates
- Responding to phone calls and email messages and directing them
Preparation and management of documents, reports, and correspondence
- Preserving an important and confidential information system
Helping to plan events, meetings and conferences
Dealing with office supplies and inventory management
Providing administrative support to the team members as needed
Ensuring the functioning of daily operations in the office smoothly
- Any other tasks assigned by the administration

Experience in office business and Office programs. Experience in the management of electronic stores and social media accounts
